The manager did ask for her point of view so I think it's fair to share that you would find it nearly impossible to work with this person. Most managers would rather retain a good employee than lose them over someone that is basically an unknown, especially considering this is an entry level position that will be pretty easy to fill. I doubt there is a shortage of candidates.
